Sony (April 08- June 09 )
Redatil provided Senior Project Management Expertise for the successful Detailed Design Phase and Contract Agreement of ADMZ (UAE) Value in excess of €18M. This system included 5 High Definition Studios, News Room, Apple and Avid Post Production Systems MAM, Archive, Newsroom and Training Facility. I also consulted on the Emirates Technology Delivery Project. In addition I have been supporting various bid management activities during my contract with Sony.

Avid (January 05 – March 08)
During this three year period Redtail Systems provided Avid with Project Director resource and has successfully completed the following major infrastructure projects:
• ITV Regional News Program
• Danish Radio
• TV2
• RTE
Redtail Systems has taken full commercial and technical responsibility for all these projects, which in total exceeded $50M in value.
Responsibilities include; providing consistent customer focus to the client project teams and Avid project teams, chairing regular Project Board meetings with the Senior Client Management and working closely with the Avid software Development teams in the USA, as well as Product Management, Accounts Management, Legal and Financial departments.
Redtail Systems has directed the Avid Project teams of experts and professionals with their deliverance of system design, network design, integration expertise, operational workflow development, training and on air support.
This program of projects has also required strong interaction and management of third party suppliers, vendors and software integrators including: Silex, SGI, Cisco, Danmon Systems, FPD, Tyrell Systems, Panasonic and Omneon.

Redtail Systems was delighted to return to Omnibus for a second contract. Projects included RTM, Malaysia, Astro Pilot and Telecinco (Madrid) News Room Upgrade.

Avid (October 03 - December 03)
Redtail Systems provided Project Management Services to the Asia Pacific division of Avid technologies, with a successful on-air launch of ETTV in December 2003. ETTV is a leading news channel in Taiwan.

Omnibus Systems (October 02 - February 03)
